I have been a long term customer on Airbnb and I would say Icy’s house is my favorite! I even missed it when I left Kyoto. The house is so convenient that it located near a train/sub way station, and it is within walking distance to many big supermarkets. The house itself is clean and neat. It is very well-equipped and you will find anything you need! Icy is also very responsive and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Les instructions étaient claires, le logement était parfaitement propre et très bien équipé ( parapluies, chaussons, lessive, café …). Nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

很好的民宿，民宿小姐姐特别热心，提前打开空调在车站口等我们，民宿周边交通很方便，在居民区，让我们体验到了京都当地的生活，民宿设计合理，特别适合家庭入住，我要疯狂为民宿老板打call，小伙伴们都非常满意，附近有很近的大型超市，便利店，面包店，跟餐馆，民宿非常整洁干净，下次一定还会来的，房东小姐姐很热情nice

We enjoyed our stay at icy’s airbnb. It was even more than what we expected from the photos. I loved the mix of modern and traditional Japanese architecture and design of her place. It was spacious and clean when we arrived. Icy was very friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her place. Thanks!

One of those rare cases in which the place is more beautiful than in the pictures! The accommodation was fantastic, close to public transportation, restaurants, shops and touristic/ historic sites. Modern and beautifully decorated, it was spotless and smelled amazing! I even contacted Icy, our host, to ask about the shower products. She kindly helped me purchase them and she also booked a taxi for us on our way back. Amazing host, always responsive, sent us a long list of restaurants and things to see. We are so in love with this accommodation we were sad to leave. Wonderful experience!

샤워실의 수압도 매우 좋았고 화장실도 매우 청결 했습니다.
다이슨 헤어 드라이기가 있어서 여자 네명이 여행하는데 큰 도움이 되었습니다
주변에 맛집이 많고 늦게까지 하는 이자카야도 있고, 편의점도 있고, 사이인역도 있어서 편리했습니다.
교토에 다시 온다면, 저는 이곳으로 다시 오겠습니다

La casita de Icy fue el lugar perfecto para la estancia de nuestra familia en Kioto. Es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que uno necesita. Nos encantó pues es una casa tradicional japonesa nueva y muy linda, hasta tiene un espacio con un hermoso árbol de maple. Después de los días pesados de andar visitando los sitios turísticos, la casa fue un oasis para descansar y relajarnos. En cuanto regresemos a Kioto volveremos a quedarnos en la casa de Icy sin duda. Muchas gracias Icy-san por todos sus atenciones. 🙏

Icy was a great host. She was responsive, caring and added small details throughout the stay to make us feel more welcomed. Will be booking her stays in the future when I do come back to Kyoto.

Icy’s accommodation was the perfect place for our Kyoto stay. It was a great space, suitable for four adults plus luggage, which we have found difficult to come by in Japan. Everything was thought out well by Icy, including having the heat on for our arrival - a welcome treat on a cold winter’s day! The house was pristine and very tidy.
The accommodation is located next to many great bars, restaurants and convenience shops. It’s also within 5 mins walk to different transportation methods, depending on where you’re going.
Would highly recommend to everyone and would definitely come back on next trip to Kyoto!

We had a wonderful time at Icy's place in Kyoto. Her accomodation is spacious for family of 4 ( two daughters of 16, 10 yrs) and very clean!! Two showers (there is a bath tub in one of tge bathroom), two toilets and wash& dry machine in one were amazing features. Microwave, toaster, electric kettle and many towels, amenity goods and great hair dryer as well. In all rooms were air conditioning even humidifer in the living room and one of the sleeping room. Location is also great, near the bus stop and enough super markt, convienience store nearby. Icy is also attent owner, she is very helpful. If you can book this, do so right away!
